Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using WinaltTrack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What WinaltTrack is
WinaltTrack is a personal expense and budget tracker. It is a record-keeping tool for information you enter yourself — it does not connect to your bank, move money, provide financial advice, or guarantee the accuracy of any total, report, or reminder it shows.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access another user's data, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
Data and backups
You can export your data at any time from Settings > Backup, and you are encouraged to do so periodically. While we take reasonable steps to protect and back up data, we are not liable for data loss.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Use it at your own risk, particularly for decisions with real financial consequences.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winalt Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a material way, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
