Delete Your Account

In the app
Open WinaltTrack, sign in, and go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. Confirming permanently deletes your account, every uploaded photo, and every piece of data you've entered — accounts, transactions, loans, goals, vehicles, events, investments, safekeeping items, and everything else. You're signed out immediately once it's done. This cannot be undone, and there's no grace period or recovery window, so it's worth exporting your data first from Settings > Backup if you might want it later.
Don't have the app installed?
Email info@winalttechnologies.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, and confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted (account deletion)
Your account (email, name, profile photo), and every record tied to it: accounts, transactions, budgets, loans, refunds, safekeeping items, investments, funds, assets, vehicles, goals, events, recurring rules, and any receipt or profile photos you uploaded. Nothing is retained after deletion completes.
Deleting some or all of your data, without deleting your account
You don't have to delete your account to delete your data. In the app, any individual record — a single transaction, loan, receipt photo, and so on — can be deleted on its own from that record's own screen at any time. To clear everything at once while keeping your account and login, go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete all data: this permanently deletes every expense, income, transfer, loan, asset, budget, recurring rule, and account balance, while keeping your login and your custom categories. If you don't have the app installed, email info@winalttechnologies.com and specify what you'd like deleted — we'll act on it within 30 days and confirm once it's done. As with account deletion, none of this data is retained afterward.
