What we collect
WinaltTrack stores the financial data you choose to enter: expenses, income, accounts, transfers, loans, assets, budgets, savings goals, vehicles, events, safekeeping items, and any receipt photos you attach. Your email address and, if you add one, your name and profile photo, are used to identify your account. On the mobile app, if you tap "Pick from contacts" when adding a loan or safekeeping entry, you can select one contact from your device to fill in a name and phone number — the contact is copied only when you pick it, and we do not otherwise read, upload, or store your address book. We do not collect location data or browsing history, and we do not embed advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
How it is stored
Your data is stored in our Supabase-hosted database, isolated to your account by row-level security — no other user of the app can read or write your records. Receipt photos are stored in a private file bucket under your user ID. Data entered while offline is queued on your device and synced once you are back online.
How it is used
Your data is used solely to run the app for you: computing balances, reports, and reminders, and syncing across your own devices. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your control over your data
You can export your data at any time from Settings > Backup, and permanently delete all of your data from Settings > Danger Zone. Deleting your account removes your records from our database. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest via our database provider. If you enable App Lock, a PIN or biometric check is required to open the app on that device, enforced locally by your device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
